Are the meals frozen or fresh?+
All meals arrive frozen. They're chef-prepared in our NZ kitchen, packed frozen, and delivered in insulated packaging. Keep in the freezer until you're ready — then just heat and eat.
How do I heat the meals?+
All meals are pre-cooked — just reheat from frozen or defrosted. Microwave or oven both work. Around 2–5 minutes in the microwave. That's it.
When do orders cut off and when do they arrive?+
Order by midnight Wednesday to ship the same week. We dispatch Monday–Thursday, NZ-wide via NZ Post. Allow up to 2 working days. North Island $14.99, South Island $29.99. Tracking emailed on dispatch.
Can I subscribe and cancel anytime?+
